1. Acceptance

By using Base2048 ("the Game") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. The Game & Session Fees

Base2048 is an on-chain puzzle game on Base network. Playing requires an active wallet session:

• Session fee: 0.001 ETH — sent directly to the Revenue Pool smart contract, unlocks 3 lives to play.
• Continues: if you run out of lives mid-session you may continue by paying 0.002 ETH, doubling with each continuation (0.002 → 0.004 → 0.008 ETH…).
• NFT holders receive up to 20 free sessions per month. Free sessions skip the 0.001 ETH fee; continues are still paid.
• All session and continuation fees go entirely to the Revenue Pool — no portion goes to the founders' operating wallet.

3. NFT Access Passes

Base2048 NFTs are access passes on Base chain, minted via OpenSea at 0.006 ETH each. There are 2048 total. Each NFT grants:

• Up to 20 free game sessions per calendar month
• A 1/2048 share of the Revenue Pool, claimable onchain at any time

Revenue share is:

• Determined solely by the smart contract — not by us
• Not guaranteed — it depends entirely on the volume of sessions played
• Not a financial return or investment product
• Entertainment utility only — buying an NFT is buying a game pass with associated perks

This is not an investment. We make no profit guarantees. Past distributions do not predict future distributions.

4. Score Cards

Players may mint a ScoreCard NFT to record their best score permanently onchain. ScoreCards are soulbound (non-transferable) and cost only gas to mint. They have no monetary value and confer no revenue share.

5. No Refunds

All on-chain transactions (mints, session fees, continuation fees, claims) are final and irreversible. We cannot refund ETH once sent on-chain.

6. Prohibited Use

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or submitting artificial scores
• Using bots or automated tools to play
• Any use that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction

7. Limitation of Liability

Base2048 is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses from smart contract bugs, wallet exploits, market volatility, or service downtime. Use at your own risk.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All contracts are deployed on Base mainnet (chain 8453) and verified on Basescan:
